J A10/04/2024Graham and his team at Thermal Active exceeded our expectations. We had three split systems installed and the service provided was second to none. The lead up to the service involved a site visit and comprehensive discussion around options available to us. Graham and his staff were very responsive and answered all our questions in depth, in a timely manner and with a high level of professionalism. The whole process was smooth and efficient, including the day of installation. It was a miserable and wet day, but they still went ahead and did an amazing job. Graham and his team were not only friendly but they were clearly highly skilled. Since having the split systems installed, they've cooled our home beautifully in summer, and warmed it in winter. It's a game changer, and so much more efficient than gas. We are really satisfied that we went with Thermal Active. Great company, great staff, great value - we highly recommend them!

Rae Leechman19/10/2023TA have just removed our aged gas heater and ducting along with an unserviceable evaporative cooling system and ducting. They then installed a Panasonic reverse cycle system. Amazing team, totally personable and professional. All completed in one day. All rubbish removed and house plus driveway cleaned down.

Right from the start they were very professional sending a text ahead of their visit to let me know they were on their way to provide the quote I had requested. Installation date. I had to request they bring forward the date by one day at short notice due to other commitments and in my case they were able to do so this was a great help to me. The installation team were also Very professional, courteous, and well, just nice people that did a great job on the installation. Working alongside Thermal Active, the team from ACT Eliectrics carried out the electrical connections between units and from the switchboard. Again a Very professional and courteous group of young tradies. I'm Very Happy with the results. 👍👍👍👍👍
Mark Mcelligott31/07/2023We just had a 16 year old ceiling cassette a/c serving the bedroom end of the house replaced. We sought 5 quotes for a ducted system to serve 4 bedrooms and Thermal Active was the cheapest, they even offered two alternative approaches. On paper they offered best value per kilowatt. We asked for a site visit to confirm what would be needed and Graham was fantastic, offer unbiased advice. We gave the go-ahead and the team turned up on time at 7am and worked hard to get it all done in the day - the outcome is beyond our expectations with the system working well and keeping all rooms comfortable now. So much better than what we had. We cannot recommend Thermal Active highly enough - office and installers. Simply excellent!

Nathan Little19/05/2023We had our evaporative cooling and ducted gas heating replaced with ducted heating and cooling 10 months ago, and just wanted to leave a review about our experience. Graham was at our house within a couple of days giving us a free quote, which was quite a bit cheaper than other competitors. They were able to book us in within 2 weeks of the quote to have it installed and the installation team were fantastic. Super friendly and had the whole job done within one day. They even replaced a bunch of old roof tiles for free. We had a small problem with airflow from one of the vents and Michelle organised someone to come out within 2 days to fix it, no questions asked. Anyone looking to have ducted heating and cooling installed, go with these guys, you will not be disappointed!
